Business Analyst

I’m Milan. I learn how a business really runs, then turn it into clear reports, simpler processes and, when it helps, the software that fixes the problem.

I’ve worked inside hotel operations, reporting with SAP and Power BI, and I hold an M.S. in Computer Science, so I can map a problem and build what fixes it.

About

I find out how the work actually gets done, then make it simpler — with a clearer report, a better process or a tool built for the job.

I have an M.S. in Computer Science from CSU San Marcos. Today I design and build hotel software, including Caelis and Takeover, for The Neural Horn.
